About the Owner
Born and bred in the Manawatu, Locked In Construction is a family-owned business founded on a rich background in farming and craftsmanship. With 15 years of hands-on farming experience, we bring a diverse range of practical skills and a strong work ethic to every project we undertake. After deciding to pursue a change, I completed an adult apprenticeship, gaining the qualifications needed to take my passion for building to the next level.
Our journey started with the goal of creating something meaningful for our young family, and since then, we’ve grown into a trusted name in the construction industry. As a Licensed Building Practitioner, I run Locked In Construction as an owner-operated one-man band, with a personal commitment to quality. However, we don’t work alone. By partnering with other highly skilled local builders in Palmerston North, we offer our clients the best of both worlds—hands-on, tailored service with the expertise and support needed to tackle larger, more complex projects.
We pride ourselves on our well-established working relationships with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, all of whom share our high standards of workmanship.
